Iran, Azerbaijan to cooperate on plant quarantine

The MPs approved a cooperation agreement on plant protection and quarantine between Iran and Azerbaijan.
At a public hearing on Tuesday, Iranian Parliament examined the report of the Agriculture Commission on the bill on cooperation in the field of plant protection and plant quarantine between the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan, comprising an introduction and 12 articles.
According to the notes to the implementation of Article 10 and 11 of this agreement, the compliance with principles 139 and 77 of the Constitution are obligatory.
