While Missouri’s Department of Agriculture has reinstated the label for XtendiMax, FeXapan and Engenia use on compatible soybeans, MFA Incorporated will not apply dicamba-based soybean herbicides the remainder of the season. With a large percentage of soybeans in the MFA trade territory already in reproductive stage and continued high temperatures, the opportunity for on-label, judicious use of these products has narrowed. These products are labeled for vegetative stages of soybean growth and early reproductive stage (through R1), but not further into the plant’s reproductive development (R2 and beyond).

MFA Incorporated understands the need for existing and new technology that brings effective and safe weed control as well as the Missouri Department of Agriculture’s move to temporarily pause the use of dicamba-based products this season.
The cooperative remains dedicated to helping its member-owners find the best solutions for their agronomic needs.
