Marrone hires MZ Group to expand investor relations

United StatesMZ will work with MBI’s management team to develop and execute a strategy designed to increase the company’s visibility for potential investors, a news release said.
This structured campaign will highlight the company’s recent business successes along with its intellectual property leadership in the biopesticide industry.
Marrone Bio Innovations is an industry leader in the rapidly growing biopesticide industry, a news release said, given its ability to discover and rapidly commercialize novel products.
“The company’s ability to ‘innovate at speed’ in a capital-efficient way is atypical within the ag-chem industry and is possible because of the high safety and inherently low risk of biopesticides,” the release said.
MZ has developed a reputation as a premier resource for institutional investors, brokers, analysts and private investors. The firm has six offices across North America, a strong presence in Asia and Brazil, and maintains extensive relationships with investors throughout Europe.
Greg Falesnik, managing director of MZ North America, will advise Marrone Bio Innovations in all facets of corporate and financial communications, including the coordination of road shows across key cities and building brand awareness with the financial media.
