DLF Pickseed USA has restructured its professional turf business, forming a Professional Division. The DLF brand and the Pickseed brand will combine to form one brand; DLF Pickseed. Seed Research of Oregon will remain as a separate brand.

Products offered will be the same, sales representatives will largely remain the same, with expanded focus on customers and market support. This change will allow DLF Pickseed to offer a more efficient experience to their customers, as each customer will have one sales representative to service all itsseed requirements. This process will take place over the next few weeks as the teams work to ensure a smooth transition.

Furthermore, DLF Pickseed sales groups will divide into three divisions to better serve their customers:

PROFESSIONAL: Bill Dunn, Executive Vice President, will direct the Professional Division for the DLF Pickseed and Seed Research of Oregon brands. The sales teams will coordinate under one manager to foster increased cooperation and synergistic benefits.

AGRICULTURAL:
Roeland Kapsenberg, Vice President, will manage this division. Forages and other agricultural products will be the focus. The Agricultural Division will service our important forage customers, but also sell them any turf grasses they might need.

RETAIL: Rick Myers, Vice President, will manage the expanding Retail Division. The sales team will include the DLF Pickseed retail sales team in addition to the recently acquired X-Seed sales team with direct marketing to regional and national retail chains asthe focus.

All the changes are effective from today, although some might take a little time to implement.
