Acadian Plant Health launches new platform technology Acadian BioSwitch

Acadian Plant Health (APH), a division of Acadian Seaplants Limited (ASL), announced the launch of their new platform technology during the 15th New Ag International Conference & Exhibition in Berlin, Germany. The launch of Acadian BioSwitch will help strengthen the company's commitment to providing proven solutions to growers within the agricultural industry.
Acadian BioSwitch is an advanced technology used to create innovative plant health solutions. It enhances natural processes within plants by switching on gene expression and active compound production that stimulate plant growth and protect against environmental stresses. Designed for modern agriculture, there are four key elements that make this technology extremely unique: its sustainability; its proprietary manufacturing process; its composition, containing an exclusive mix of beneficial bioactive compounds; and its efficacy, backed by years of robust science and research.

"Since Acadian BioSwitch is the 'trigger technology' -the system responsible for stimulating certain plant growth mechanisms - behind several trusted APH brands, growers can rest assured that any new products containing it will provide the same superior performance with every application, year after year."
Tripathi adds, "While still working to determine the modes of action of this technology, APH has shown that bioactive compounds found within Acadian BioSwitch enhance or inhibit the function of certain genes that enhance rooting, stress management and overall plant health and productivity."
