Insecticides India Ltd receives intermediate patent

IndiaInsecticides (India) Ltd has got the patent regarding Process for preparation of "3-METHYL-N-NITROIMINOPERHYDRO-1,3,5-OXADIAZINE" for the term of 20 years with effect from March 04, 2011.
3-METHYL-N-NITROIMINOPERHYDRO-1,3,5-OXADIAZINE is an intermediate which can be used to manufacture a broad spectrum insecticide thiamethoxam. Thiamethoxam is a second generation neonicotinamide insecticide belonging to the thianicotinyl sub class of chemistry.
