China agchem company Xinnong Chemical to recruit market consultant in Southeast Asia

Zhejiang Xinnong Chemical Co., Ltd (Xinnong in short), established in 1981, is a new technology enterprise, engaged in R&D, manufacturing and commercial operation of agro-chemicals and fine chemical intermediates. Ours headquarters is in the city center of Hangzhou (includes the departments of HR, finance, international business, domestic sales and product development), and we have three production bases in Rudong, Jiaojiang and Xianju. Our annual sales are worth more than 700 million RMB, and we employ more than 1,000 employees.
In 1999, we successfully developed the bactericide zinc thiazole, secured independent intellectual property rights, and got the patents for SC formulations in many countries of Southeast Asia.
2. Recruitment purpose:
Zinc thiazole is a bactericide with excellent performance. Through cooperation with distributors from Southeast Asia, we got the registration certificate for 20% zinc thiazole SC in Thailand, which has good ongoing sales now. Meanwhile, the registrations in other countries of Southeast Asia are being carried out. We plan to conduct deep development and promotion for rice, fruits and vegetables.
More than 10 years of exploration, research and broad application in the Chinese domestic market have shown that zinc thiazole has excellent prevention and controlling effects on the bacteria found in rice, fruits and vegetables, in addition to more than 50 varieties of crops.
With the view to cooperating and assisting the distributors for better market and sales promotion, we are looking to recruit a market consultant for the Southeast Asia region.
3. Responsibilities
Must have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the application methods and effects of zinc thiazole, as well as the Chinese domestic promotion experience, to give the necessary technical support to the distributors in Southeast Asia by combining the target crops, climate and features of diseases in Southeast Asia.
To assist distributors in Southeast Asia during field demonstration, market development and promotion, to better convey to the farmers and distributors the excellent controlling effect, safety, and healthcare and harvest increasing qualities of zinc thiazole, as well as share the Chinese domestic experience in the markets of Southeast Asia.
4. Qualifications
1) Any nationality
2) Fluent in English, both listening and speaking skills, knowledge of Mandarin is preferrable.
3) A minimum of five years experience in fungicides or pesticides marketing.
4) Working experience in agrochemical multinational companies preferred.
5) Salary negotiable
