Bioline AgroSciences acquires Certirol from Certis Europe

United KingdomOn November 15th, Bioline AgroSciences signed a deal to acquire the Certirol product, IP and manufacturing from Certis Europe.
Martin Zuijderwijk, Commercial Director of Bioline Agrosciences, said, “The Certirol product offers a valuable addition to the Bioline portfolio, giving an immediate benefit to our thrips control offering, whilst also providing exciting opportunities for future developments”.
“This acquisition adds the Certirol product to our portfolio and represents the culmination of a significant year for the company. In March 2016, we were acquired by InVivo Agriculture and have since joined forces with Biotop to launch Bioline AgroSciences as a truly global player in the Biosolutions market. The acquisition of the Certirol business is a clear representation of InVivo’s strategic commitment to significantly building capacity and strengthening its position in biosolutions,” add Martin.
The deal has been signed and is expected to close on the 1st December 2016. Current or potential users of the Certirol product can contact us to discuss availability and opportunities for the future.
