For over thirty years SERVALESA has developed and successfully commercialized a range of specialty products based upon innovative technologies in Spain and in several other countries. Thanks to this transaction DE SANGOSSE, already a reference player in the fields of Crop Protection and Plant Nutrition, is accelerating the deployment of its strategic plan. Biocontrol products and Biostimulants offer a strong growth potential as they provide farmers with effective technical solutions while complying with the environmental demands of the civil society.

SERVALESA will avail itself of DE SANGOSSE Group’s additional resources, thus pursuing and improving the development of new products.
 
DE SANGOSSE’s international presence will bolster the placing of SERVALESA’s portfolio products on the world market.
 
On behalf of SERVALESA, Jose Helenio Juanes Peris, CEO, has declared that “The signing of this strategic agreement with the DE SANGOSSE Group represents excellent news for the development of several projects, in the making for several years already. José Helenio Juanes and Luis Juanes will stay on as Directors. Frédéric Moreau, formerly Director of DE SANGOSSE Iberica, will integrate the Management Team in Valencia. The DE SANGOSSE’s branch DE SANGOSSE Iberica will be integrated into the new operational unit in Valencia, 60 members strong.
