AgroPages-Nanjing Redsun officially sets up Hong Kong subsidiary-Agricultural news

By Think Real-On 17 June, 2016, Nanjing Redsun Co., Ltd. (Nanjing Redsun) published a notice saying that it had finished the registration of Red Sun International Chemical Co., Ltd., its new subsidiary in Hong Kong.

According to the registration information, the registered address, registered capital and legal representative of the subsidiary are Unit D 16/F Cheuk Nang Plaza, 250 Hennessy Road, Wancha, HK, HKD80 million and Yang Shouhai respectively. The company is engaged in international trade, commercial consultancy, financial and investment as well as the import and export of technologies.

Early on 29 April, 2016, Nanjing Redsun held a meeting of the Board of Directors, on which it was agreed to establish the Hong Kong subsidiary with its own capital.
