Nutrichem’s 2015 net profit 10% up

Nutrichem got listed in NEEQ on the 20th December 2015, the annual report this time was the first annual report after being listed. Pesticide production is company’s major business activity, which covers herbicide and fungicide, being mainly for export. The company’s export amounted to Yuan 2.97 billion in 2015, accounting for 89.26% of the total sales incomes.
Nutrichem’s main customers include world-famous companies like Dow AgroSciences, BASF and ADAMA. Over recent years, Nutrichem has utilized its advantages of customer cooperation to have acquired the oxyfluorfen business of Dow AgroSciences, which enriches Nutrichem’s product mix and enhances its competitive edge. The company has also strengthened its technical and formulation product operation capacity, with product export volume ranking on the top of the industry.
Nutrichem is prepared to continue its cooperation with international agrochemical enterprises to ensure its leading position in the domestic market. In the 5 years ahead, the company is going to cooperate in more depth with Dow AgroSciences and ADAMA in broader fields which will cover formulations as well.
Apart from the product cooperation, Nutrichem will intensify customer cooperation via merger and acquisition to enrich its product structure and to make continuous improvement of its business operation capacity in an innovative manner.
