SDS Biotech established subsidiary in China![qrcode]()

JapanJapan company SDS Biotech announced that it has established a local subsidiary ‘SDS (Shanghai) Biotech Co., Ltd.’ in Shanghai, China in April 2015.
The company stated that they aim to accelerate technology dissemination activities in the fast-growing Chinese agrochemical market. In addition, the Company will strive to expand business by identifying market needs and accelerating product development to meet customer needs.
This subsidiary is expected to commence business in July 2015.
SDS Biotech is the subsidiary of Japanese company Idemitsu Kosan. Sales of the company reached approximate USD 130million in 2014.
