AgroPages-DuPont and Noposion promoting “together we use pesticide in a responsible way”-Agricultural news

Recently DuPont and the Chinese Agrochemical industry leader Noposion jointly launched a campaign -“together we use pesticide in a responsible way”, which aims to give publicity to the safe and scientific use of pesticide. The campaign will facilitate farmers to improve the use of pesticide and bring benefit to the farm product quality and cropland ecological environment.

In a publicity activity, the experts of the 2 companies elaborated on knowledge of pesticide tag and product mix as well asapplication precautions. At the end of the lecturing, the 2 companies gave away protective articles for pesticide applications to farmers helping farmers to cultivate the habit of scientific and safe pesticide applications.

It is said that June 5th each year from 2013 is defined as DuPont’s“product custody day”, on which DuPont will organize pesticide application publicity and demonstration activity together with its local business partners. Starting from 2014, DuPont took the lead to launch the CORAGEN Environmental Action to encourage farmers to recover the used pesticide packaging materials, which are collected by DuPont’s authorized retail stores for centralized safety disposal.
