AgroPages-Jiangsu Good Harvest Weien investing in Jinggeng-Agricultural news

Chinese agrochemical enterprise Jiangsu Good Harvest Weien has reached agreement with Beijing Jinggeng Tianxia Agricultural Science and Technology Ltd, where the latter will issue to Jiangsu Good Harvest Weien 3.8 million shares in cash at Yuan 6 per share with a total amount of Yuan 22.80 million.

Good Harvest Weien is China’s cutting-edge crop protection product manufacturer and exporter, with glyphosate and sugar beet herbicide at the leading role. Beijing Jinggeng produces over 10 kinds of high-performance strains including streptomycete, bacillus, thermophilic bacteria, metarhizium, beauveria and trichoderma sp, as well as novel eco-fertilizers like soluble fertilizer, microelement fertilizer, foliar fertilizer, microbial agent, slow-release fertilizer along with manufacture of farm machinery and environmental machinery.

There is a good complementarity between the 2 companies in product structure and distribution channel. The cooperation will strengthen the domestic marketing channel of Good Harvest Weien and enhances brand influence.
