AgroPages-Canada approves Bayer's fungicide spiroxamine-Agricultural news

The Canadian Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) has proposed full registration for the sale and use of Bayer CropScience's Impulse 500 EC fungicide, containing the technical grade active ingredient spiroxamine, to control powdery mildew (Uncinula necator, syn. Erysiphe necator) on grape. Spiroxamine is a sterol biosynthesis inhibitor fungicide with systemic activity. The public comments will be closed on Nov 14, 2015.
