AgroPages-Dunes Point Capital acquires the assets of PlantBioTech-Agricultural news

Miller Chemical & Fertilizer, LLC (Miller Chemical), a portfolio company of Dunes Point Capital, LLC (DPC) has acquired substantially all of the assets of PlantBioTech, Inc., a provider of plant growth regulators, soil conditioners, seaweed fertilizers and related products. DPC previously acquired Miller Chemical in 2014.

DPC: Founded in 2013, DPC is a family office and private investment firm, pursuing control investments in companies operating in the general industrial and energy sectors.
