AgroPages-Main Market Partners acquires Ricerca Biosciences-Agricultural news

The US private equity firm, Main Market Partners has acquired the US contract research company, Ricerca Biosciences, a provider of nonclinical support as well as analytical and chemical development services to pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical drug developers.

“This acquisition represents our strong commitment to continue Ricerca's solid scientific project research in the drug safety, chemical development and agrochemical market segments. We intend on introducing an aggressive growth strategy for the Ricerca business while at the same time enhancing the technical service offering of the company." said Croley,Ricerca's new chief executive officer.
