LG Seeds announced new corn products

LG Seeds has announced the addition of 10 new brands to the corn line-up, along with adding traits to several existing products. These new products complement and enhance an already strong offering of Genuity® SmartStax®, Genuity® VT Triple PRO®, Genuity® VT Double PRO®, Genuity® DroughtGard®, Roundup Ready®, and conventional products.
Maturities of the new products range from 93 days to 117 days.
A Genuity® VT Double PRO® RIB Complete® version of LG5369 brand, at 84 days maturity, has been added to the line-up for the up-coming sales season. LG5369 brand has very high yield potential with great agronomics and excellent intactness. Use as a full season product for planting. LG5369 is also available as Roundup Ready®.
Two additional versions of LG5408 brand are now sold. Making this product available a Genuity® SmartStax® RIB Complete®, a Genuity® VT Double PRO® RIB Complete®, and as a conventional product. LG5408 is a dependable product with early flowering and fast dry down. High yields, good stress tolerance, and strong agronomics, a “true” 90 day product that should be planted in zone.
A Genuity® SmartStax® RIB Complete® option has been added to LG2414 brand at 91 days maturity zone for management of fields with high Corn Rootworm and Western Bean Cutworm pressure. LG2414 is broadly adapted across the Northern Corn Belt. Excellent yield potential in productive environments, rapid emergence, early plant vigor, strong agronomics and disease tolerances are key points.
