Isagro simplifies its controlling structure

Isagro S.p.A. recently announced that the minority quota-holders of Manisa S.r.l. Carlo Garavaglia e Gerassimos Spyropoulos sold their quotas (corresponding to 4.7% of the share capital of Manisa S.r.l.) respectively to BasJes Holding S.r.l. and to Holdisa S.r.l..

Consequently, BasJes Holding S.r.l. directly/indirectly controls both Manisa S.r.l. and Holdisa S.r.l.. Thus, it will be possible to proceed with the simplification of the controlling structure of the Isagro Group, by means of the elimination of two sub-holdings, within terms that will be communicated to the Market.
