Canada approves Valent’s fungicide ethaboxam

The Canadian Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) has proposed to approve Valent USA Corporation's fungicide seed treatment, Intego Solo (ethaboxam), to control or suppress major seed and seedling diseases caused by Oomycetes on cereal grains, legume vegetables and oilseed crops. Ethaboxam is a new fungicide with systemic properties used in the formulation of Intego Solo Fungicide.

The agency has opened the public comments until July 15, 2014.
