Interagro UK appointed Emma Ralph as Business Development Manager

Emma Ralph has been appointed Business Development Manager for Interagro UK Ltd, a newly created appointment for the leading adjuvant company selling throughout the UK and Europe, and adding to the company’s expanding head count and market expertise.

Emma Ralph is well known in the agricultural industry being the lead agrochemical buyer for the farmers buying group Anglia Farmers for over 11 years and then having worked for the crop protection manufacturer BASF for a further 5 years in the commercial team developing their business particularly with advisors and farmers.

“I am really looking forward to working for Interagro and will be looking for opportunities to grow their business in both the UK and in Europe. I have moved from a large organisation to a much smaller one, where I want to make a significant difference as well as a tangible contribution to their future success. My role will be to look for and direct the company towards opportunities to expand their business. I will also be contributing proactively to the overall marketing strategy and marketing. In particular I will be promoting the company and its products to the independent consultant (in AICC) and also to the farmer to ensure that the right messages are sent at the right time. I see my role as looking at the wider picture and focusing on those areas that will make a real difference.”

“Interagro are regarded as a dynamic company. Their specialism in adjuvant technology is second to none and based on thorough, in-depth research and development. They are expanding their sales, products and staffing levels. I want to create more business connections and make a significant contribution to helping it fulfil its potential,” says Emma.

Interagro’s Managing Director Mike Roche says “We are certainly seeing renewed interest in adjuvant technology, as farmers seek ways of making their inputs work better. Our business is, and always has been, based on the best technology and on sound technical development.”

“In order to service our valued existing customers and to expand our business, we need effective people who can take on the challenge. I am certain that Emma with her successful sales experience, her strong relationships within the industry as well as her obvious enthusiasm and drive will make a real difference. We are really delighted she is joining the team.”
