AgroPages-China's Bioseen to receive govt subsidies for spinosad project-Agricultural news

Chinese agchem company Bioseen BioTech will receive a government subsidy of Yuan 7.25 million for its 300 tons/year active ingredient project of spinosad for technique upgrading . The subsidy is mainly used for procurement and installation of the equipments.

Spinosad is an environmental-friendly insecticide fermented from Saccharopolyspora spinosa. It has quick control of a variety of lepidopteran, hymenoptera,and leaf-feeding orthoptera pests. Bioseen has been granted the registration of technical spinosad by Institute for the Control of Agrochemicals, Ministry of Agriculture (ICAMA) in Sep. 2012.
