Yongnong BioSciences continues to lead Taiwan’s Glufosinate formulation market

On October 30, 2017, the Yongnong Taiwan Distribution Annual Meeting was held at Hotel Shangri-La, Wenzhou, which drew 13 Taiwan distributors of Yongnong’s Glufosinate Baisudun.

Over the last five years, Yongnong has captured considerable market share in Taiwan with its high-end product Baisudun, which has gone far ahead in the market. Among the 30 plus Glufosinate varieties sold in Taiwan, Yongnong’s Baisudun ranks the second and has become the most surprising brand. In 2017, the sales of Baisudun in Taiwan jumped 165 percent.
For promotion and sales of Baisudun, Yongnong adheres to its marketing concept of “international insight, branding strategy and localized marketing.” In 2013, Yongnong’s Taiwan branch was established. In 2014, Yongnong’s prime product Glufosinate TC 95% was granted a pesticide sales license in Taiwan, having become China’s first company to obtain pesticide TC registration in Taiwan. The approval of the registration of Glufosinate TC in Taiwan assured Taiwan an easy and fast supply of Glufosinate TC and high-quality formulation product.
Yongnong BioSciences Ltd. is China’s first Glufosinate TC and formulation producer. Over the last decade, the company has committed itself to promotion and marketing of Glufosinate TC worldwide. At present, its Glufosinate TC has been registered in or approved by Taiwan, the European Union, Australia, United States, Canada and Brazil.
